Biography
Caio Gasparine is a Technical Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience delivering IT solutions with a focus on Digital Transformation, Data, and AI projects in big companies and start-ups. Living in Canada since 2019 Caio is specialized in Project & Program & Portfolio Management and holds professional certificates like PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PRINCE2, ITIL, and CFPS,
In the past years, he has worked in several industries such as finance, manufacturing, public-private partnerships (3P), and IT consulting, managing technology projects, and delivering business solutions using traditional, agile, and hybrid approaches. Working very close to the business areas and responsible for the full SDLC, his main goal is to maximize the results based on the implementation of these projects, looking for the optimal ROI and implementing projects related to new products, new business solutions, ERPs, CRMs, databases, BI solutions, visualizations, data migration, web applications, and other customized solutions, managing technology projects/portfolios between $0.5MM up to $300 MM.
Caio started his career as a developer playing different technical roles and naturally transitioned to management positions like Project Manager, PMO Manager, and Delivery Manager, he always focused on IT projects and had a deep technical knowledge of the solutions, which helped him to work closely with technical teams and discuss pros and cons in different implementations scenarios, strategies, tools, and technologies.
Since 2018, focused on cloud technologies and data platforms, Caio led more than 100 projects related to Cloud & Data & Analytics & AI solutions, allowing companies to migrate from on-premises to cloud environments enabling cloud services' powers and the benefits of the new cloud features and resources for enterprise applications.
